Buyer Beware - not responsive - do not want to account for their activities. Contract does not have a final date of when funds will be returned - if sales are slumping - heirs could be out a long time. Fear there is no recourse.

Arbor Glen fails for nearly 5 YEARS to return our entrance fee!!! To me it seems like a ponnzi scheme. I believe our State legislators need to be informed and asked to take corrective action so families can avoid this problem. My family has paid NJ inheritance taxes on $ we have yet to recieve! How is that fair or possible?

I had the difficult task of choosing a rehab center for my family which needed to also offer assistted living or long term care should the need arise. After too many sad sights, I was pleased to experiance a enviorment of wellness and even empowerment. The rooms were bright, airy and the residents appeared engaged. Staff were approachable, smiling and overall warm. Most importantly the rehab department itself was stellar. Please do yourself a favor and tour Arbor Glen if you too are in need of care for yourself or a loved one.
